Now C was at home and it became a balancing act of taking
care of E and not making him feel left out, pumping, trying to heal from the
major surgery of a c-section, and taking care of C. Luckily we can afford to
have Scott stay home and the plan all along was for him to stay home until at
least 6 months like he did with E. Scott's mom and sister came to visit which was great because they were able to help a lot with E and keep him feeling loved. My mom who was down for weeks had to go back
home and back to work which was also a jerk into chaos and caused many anxiety
filled freak outs about how can we do it all.

E was afraid of C at first. He would not go near her. Then he finally would touch her and hold her. He did well, he'd bring her toys and get concerned when she cried. But he was definitely not sure.
The hardest part was having to explain the entire thing from why I had a c-section and what happened after to doctor
after doctor. Some doctors would read beforehand while others would want us to
explain all of what happened. And having to relive that
over and over while my hormones are crazy as well, I was crying almost every
day!
